Return & Refund Policy

For Return

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of product receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when you received it.

Refund Guidelines

To request a refund (if applicable), please email kawaiiklutter@gmail.com with your full name, order number, item description, and the reason for return or exchange. Please keep in mind that the shipping cost for any refunds or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

 However, if the issue arose due to an error on our end, we would be more than happy to replace or refund the item for you.

We take full responsibility for the following scenarios:

• If there is a manufacturing defect with the product.
• If we mistakenly send you a product of incorrect size, color, or type.
